This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail that impressed me. The location just off the M4 is convenient for easy access. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including tea and coffee making facilities, were useful. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and satisfying.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just off the M4, making it a great base for exploring the area. The prices were reasonable and the value for money was great. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing a warm and friendly service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large comfy bed and a big TV. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with basic amenities, like tea and coffee making facilities, and the addition of a bath in the room.

Amazing stay! Perfect location close to Margam Park for a wedding we attended. Spacious and sparkling rooms in a new building, friendly staff and plenty of free parking spaces available. The Beefeater restaurant nearby was amazing for dinner as well. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a good amount of options. the easy check-in process made our arrival super smooth.

None! Our stay was perfect and we enjoyed every moment of it. Wishing we could have stayed for longer.

Room was very hot and stuffy with no air conditioning or fan. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues with hairs in the shower and some dusty corners.
